E/2 Municipal and provincial bridges subjected to toll tax.
E/3 Constructions and buildings for special public needs.
E/4 Closed fences for special public needs.
E/5 Buildings constituting fortifications and their outbuildings.
E/6 Lighthouses, traffic lights, public clock towers.
E/7 Buildings used for public cult.
E/8 Buildings and constructions in graveyards, excluded columbarium, sepulchers and family’s graves.
E/9 Buildings with particular destination not included in the previous categories of the group E.

NOTES ON GROUP A

The qualification list showing the existing categories is relative and variable from place to place and will have a corresponding local meaning.

A/1 - Elegant dwellings.
        Real estate belonging to buildings located in valuable areas with construction, technological and finishing touches features higher than that of residential buildings.
A/2 - Civil dwellings.
         Real estate belonging to buildings with construction, technological and finishing touches features meeting the demands of the local market for residential buildings.
A/3 - Economic dwellings.
        Real estate belonging to buildings with characteristics of economy both for the materials used and for the finishing touch and with technological systems limited to only essential.
A/4 - Popular dwellings.
         Real estate belonging to buildings with construction and finishing touches features of modest level.
Limited equipment of facilities although indispensable.
A/5 - Disused dwellings.
         Real estate belonging to buildings with construction and finishing touches features of very low level.
Normally not equipped with toilet facilities.
A/6 - Rural dwellings.
A/7 – Houses.
         It is a building, even if divided into real estate units, with construction, technological and finishing touches features specific to a civil or economic building and it should be equipped, for all or part of the real estate units, of outdoor areas for exclusive use.
A/8 - Villa.
         They are real estate mainly characterized by the presence of a park and / or garden, built in urban areas for these buildings or in valuable areas with construction and finishing touches features of a level higher than usual.
A/9 - Castles, palaces of prominent artistic or historical merits.
        These category includes castles and palaces that because of their structure, the allocation of the interior spaces and volumes are not comparable with the standard unit of the other categories; generally they constitute a single real estate unite. To the category A / 9 belong other units, functionally independent and registered into other categories.
A/10 - Offices and private workplaces
           These category includes those real estate that because of their typology, allocation of facilities and finishing touches are used for working activities.
A/11 – Dwellings and housings typical of the places. Mountain refuges, huts, Trulli, stones, etc ...
