The interest accrued during the period of interruption are paid on the rate at the end of each year.
Lengthening or shortening of the duration of the loan With CR Firenze Bank is possible to modify the duration of amortization on loans Family Misto and Family Variabile (excluding Family Fisso e Sicuro).
You can increase or decrease the duration of the loan for a maximum period of 10 years, once during the amortization of the operation, without revaluation of the credit and without changes of economic conditions. The duration change occurs through letter and without costs.
